Anxiety
Everybody feels anxiety sometimes in response to stressful events or life challenges. When anxiety becomes frequent or debilitating, it can make life hard to enjoy and interfere with your daily tasks and responsibilities. When this happens, you might be dealing with an anxiety disorder.

Interventions
Anxiety symptoms often improve when therapy involves evidence-based treatments (EBTs). EBTs are therapy strategies that have been found to be effective in lots of studies across a large sample of people experiencing a condition. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
